Popped in on the off chance while visiting the cathedral with family, one of the few places left which doesn't require an appointment, and who can understand in plain English what you require, absolutely no faults with either the haircut I received or from the very nice and chatty woman who cut my hair, would definitely recommend and would certainly call in again if I was in Durham...
