We scheduled a time online and got there a little early to fill out paperwork. Not only was there less paperwork than I’ve ever had at an urgent care, they called us back before our scheduled time and we were seen, tested for flu, and out of the office in 20 min. Everyone was very professional and friendly.
I had to prepay $150 before being seen by a Dr. When I went to back to be seen I was told this was an urgent problem and need ti to to ER immediately. No refund of $150 since was referred elaewhere. I paid $150 for them to take my vital signs! I will not return and word of mouth can be an awful outcome!
This past time I waited a total of 5 minutes before I was called back. Granted I was the only person in the waiting room, but it was super quick. Once I was back the doctor was very nice and thorough before sending me to an ER to have an ultrasound done of my arm. I love this facility. It is VERY clean and quick

Dr. Baker was amazing!! Love love love her, also the nurses were so sweet and polite☺
