The physician that looked after me was friendly and knowledgeable about the condition I was having. Explained treatment in a way that I understood. Didn’t do any unnecessary test. Would recommend to someone needing care for non emergency issues.
I’ve been coming here since they opened, but my recent experience was awful. The receptionist was rude both yesterday when we were leaving and today on the phone. She went back and forth about the excuses, sent them to the wrong email, talked over me, wouldn’t let me speak, and hung up with no apology or accountability. I would choose this Urgent Care over any other! The staff is amazing!
Easy to get checked in without an appointment Receptionist was phenomenal. They got me in and out with thoroughly checking me over x-rays and all will definitely return.
