I left another urgent care business and tried this one because they didn't acknowledge I was there after 20 minutes after signing in. Broken to Better was an awesome choice!! Everyone who works here is very nice and it was an overall exceptional experience!! I don't have insurance for my daughter and it was very affordable to have her treated here. I would recommend Broken to better urgent care to everyone! It is a family owned practice and has the family owned feeling of genuine care not a business just out to make money.
