I have a family doctor but was not feeling well on a Saturday. Made an appointment online and upon arrival was greeted and my information taken. I saw the doctor and was out within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Broken To Better Urgent Care to anyone. I only my regular doctor could get me in an out as quickly.
When I went there was absolutely no wait. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Everything looked very clean. I hate this is just an urgent care and not a family practice. I would definitely come here again for urgent care matters.
My first time going to an Urgent Care. The receptionist was caring, polite, friendly and professional. The assistant, Amy, was patient and professional. Dr. Crawford was businesslike, very professional and exuded confidence. The wait was not long and I felt that I had been given the best and right treatment. I would highly recommend Broken to Better Urgent Care to anyone. 5 stars.
Friendly staff, little wait time and the doctor made sure to explain everything and take her time. Alot of places are long wait time and doctors are rushing didn't have that problem here.
Best urgent care in Rock Hill! It’s clean and you get seen almost immediately. And the staff is super nice!
