I’ve been there twice for myself and once with my child. I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The staff is friendly and the facility is very clean. Scheduling online is great for not having to wait a long time in the office.

Went in for an X-ray after I hurt my ankle. There was no wait, they had an X-ray machine and even had crutches there. It was convenient to just go there rather than sit in an ER.
Both husband and I had flu symptoms. On a Sunday, the symptoms were worsening. We were able to make an appointment very quickly on that same day. The Dr. saw us, tested us for the flu, and we both had it. She was friendly and professional. Billing was reasonable and accurate.
I have been in the Rock Hill area for 2 1/2 yrs now and this is the doctors office I have been to here the customer service was amazing and they keep me informed the whole time with the treatment I was going to receive the doctor has the best bedside manner wish she could be my doctor for all my needs
