This was by far the dirtiest and most unpleasant hotel experience we have ever had. When we first entered our room, it smelled strongly of feces. The toilet still had visible stool stains, and on top of that, cockroaches were crawling around everywhere. Even worse, the bed was covered with hair from previous guests. We immediately reported all of this to the staff and asked for our room to be properly cleaned.
