RecommendedI have few days living in Broadstone Brickell and it's being a good experience. The only thing that I have to complain is about the noise comes from the gym.
The worst place to move in ! I even think that some of this people writing good reviews don’t even live there , I was there for an entire year don’t recognized some of these tenants , this place Broadstone is a JOKE , place always dirty all over , dog stools everywhere , cops always coming in the building , people selling drugs and getting evicted ... people sleeping in the waiting areas drunk and high ... what ever I tell you is I am short words you need to live there to know what’s goes in that building and at the end when... read more
The best place to live
Very good place to live, always clean and organize it. The amenities are fun and people are really nice.
I moved in tow months ago and I've had a good impression of the place. It is in a great location with easy access to 95. Nice and comfortable apartments with excellent amenities.
