RecommendedIt has been just a few days we arrived, but it already feels like home!! Everyone on the building's staff is very nice and receptive and the building itself is very well taken care of. We are loving here!!
Se robaron todas las bicicletas del almacén que ellos nos proveen para guardarlas pero dicho almacén no tenía cámaras. Ni si quiera nos informaron de lo ocurrido, tuve que bajar a buscar mi bicicleta para darme cuenta de lo ocurrido. Hasta el momento no tengo ninguna respuesta del Manager que solo nos solicito llenar un formulario a a todos los que nos robaron y esperar su llamada, sigo esperando ...!
My car was stolen from the parking garage a little over a week ago. The manager just told me that she has no obligation to give me information on the security footage (to me), and that it is between me and the police. I also learned that another car was stolen from the same parking garage around two months ago. Also, a good amount pf bicycles were stolen from the property storage around a month ago. Horrible and unhelpful management
RecommendedThe location is very convenient - not in the middle of all the Brickell craziness but close enough to walk to. Friendly staff, always willing to ensure you have the best experience. Parking is a huge plus, now I am not confined to a designated parking spot in the 7th floor, so much parking I can conveniently park on the second floor. Less speed bumps means less wear and tear on my car.Love the amenities.Thank you.
