Would not recommend as a current unhappy home owner. Unhelpful, constant letters received from builders complaining, worst builders I have purchased through. If you have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Carolyne (sales) enough said, don't expect to move in and enjoy a peaceful quiet time living in your property.
