We loved communicating and working with him. He designed a very bespoke and specific railing that required a gate in the middle and this was all done to the highest quality and efficiency. British Spirals & Castings delivered a stunning spiral staircase that's the focal point of our garden. The team (Richard, Ben, and Joe) were patient and listened to all my concerns, making the whole process feel comfortable, especially since it was difficult to visualise the final product. They precision engineered the stairs to fit my very small space perfectly. The quality is top-notch and worth every penny. I'm thrilled with the result and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
