Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Horrifying experience at this shop today. Picked out a dress from the sale rack and missed the “need a repair” label which is my own fault but when going to the till to pay for the item I was greeted by rudeness and hostility. Lovely young lady behind the till but an awful elderly Scottish woman interfering and getting in the way. Providing a lecture about the repair label as if I was a naughty school child in trouble.
