Visited this shop yesterday, very disappointed and heartbroken. The male worker spoke to me in a very condescending, loud, rude manner for everyone in a 2 mile radius to hear because I asked him if I could leave the tag of the reading glasses I purchased to be put in the bin. The tantrum he threw was to humiliate me in front of the other customers. Not the sort of person that should work with the public. Shame on you.
In at 16.55 and told "I'm closing" so lost sales from 3 customers Well Done
Really disappointed. Politely asked the shop assistant if dogs were allowed in the shop. The response received from the grumpy man behind the till was totally unnecessary. Completely accept that each shop has different policies on whether dogs are allowed or not, but there is no need to be rude. I'm always more than happy to leave my dog outside with a family member if a shop has a no dogs policy, but after the way I was spoken to there was no way I was doing that.
