Very rude and snappy staff, don't like dealing with customers then don't volunteer to work in a shop!

Terrible Customer Service!! Was invited to a 10am bag drop off, to which I donated around 10 bags of very nice and expensive baby clothes/toys that were hardly used or worn. The second I walked in I was abruptly told that the shop wasn't open yet. I explained I wasn't here to shop, I was here to donate and had a confirmed 10am appointment. Was then told to just dump the bags in a cage. The lady was rude, arrogant and ungrateful. A very busy, very well priced and well stocked charity shop. We've bought numerous bargains from here all at £1.99 each and you feel better knowing is all going to the Red Cross. Staff always say, "Hello"
