We have been donating here for ages. I took four bags of donations in earlier this week (Jan 2020) and it was too much trouble for them to accept them. Apparently they had too much stock. In the end I offered to take my donations elsewhere which is what I will do in future. My gift aid card has been torn up. I was made to feel really uncomfortable for having donated. I don't want thanks but civility costs nothing.
