On today 21 August 25 the manager at the red cross charity shop at diss ,has to be the most uncharitable person I have ever met, unkind, unwavering and incredible cruel to my daughter . Who eventually was found in the right. I hope the manager at the red cross charity shop in Diss Norfolk is feeling ashamed tonight for the punishing performance she put my daughter through this morning. Awful woman and karma will catch up with you ... hope you're ready xxxxxx

Always plenty of stock and staff always super friendly and personable
I visited this store yesterday 12/04/2023 with my young nephew. I was appalled by the behaviour of the staff. They were loud, swearing and very intimidating. It was disgusting and not welcoming at all
Left shop as staff behind the till were swearing and talking inappropriately. I had a 10 year old with me. Won't be returning. 12/4/23
