Whilst I fully appreciate the need for restrictions in the present covid climate and I do not have a problem with waiting to enter shops when necessary but the attitude of the young shop attendant leaves much to be desired. There is more than one way/tone of voice to invite people to delay their entry until the numbers in the shop have reduced. Certainly won't encourage me to attempt shopping there again.
