Have been a Gift Aid supporter for years and previously a volunteer for Red Cross but possibly no longer. On the last two occasions I have taken donations the person on duty has cross-questioned me about what I was donating, taking items out of the bags in front of other customers and inspecting them (i.e. stationery, dresses (asking 'Is That a Cushion' - and 'What's underneath') before allowing me to leave the bags. Spends more time shut then open. Second weekend I've arrived here to a sign saying "shut for 30 minutes, opens again at 2pm" ..... It was 13.20 I couldn't hang around waiting for 40 minutes waiting for it to re open. Suggest changing your opening hours online so people aren't wasting time checking to see if you are open on Sunday only to find your not.
