Went in with my grandmas and bought 10 items of Zara clothing! tried on a lot and took abit of time but the staff where so kind. I was so shocked about the prices of these high brands of clothing and was so happy with what I got.
Lovely charity shop on Harrogate where you can find high end brands at bargain prices. Zara stock always new and trendy. Both the staff and the volunteers are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend as shopping here does contribute to a great cause.

I have visited one of the Red Cross stores in Harrogate and was treated to an absolute disgrace, while collecting items at store to try on, the shopping assistant started following us around making comments will we be trying these on as it’s only 3 items per customer, to which I’ve said I was ok with. When came to try it on, another lady came out of the changing room with 4 items to which I’ve challenged due to fact I was made feel like a shoplifter! I have never stole a thing in my life! Nice collections including donations from Zara, M&S. Some items had labels cut out. The very dark haired woman who appeared to be the shop manager at the time seemed like she was hovering around me and watching me and not any other customers in the shop.
