Normally nice staff. Today,not so pleasant. The sales assistant, didn't even thank me for my purchase. Never even offered to wrap up or bag my item. Unusual,as the staff are normally good- maybe new staff?
Staff are terrific and boy oh boy if you find an item buy it cos quality is at its best there and am one fussy shopper.
