Do not donate to these ungrateful people I donated a sofa and armchair which cost me £1800 2 years previously the 2 men who collected showed no respect for anything both had bad attitudes. We also donated a solid wood wall unit which after an argument with the driver and a phone call to the shop they eventually took it. Worst delivery system i have paid more money for the delivery there is no proper tracking system as well email they say 3 pm driver coming in his own timing and tracking app says some other time. I missed my parcel with delivery fee. To collect it back i have to pay again the delivery fee. This was not mentioned in store. I gave clear instruction while booking order to call me prior but driver says they don't right to call. Annoying with delivery with BHF
Great place it is like a treasure trove. You never know ow what you will find. Great quality lovenly upcycled and they deliver what more can you ask for.
I've been in British heart foundation Home Store Chester several times and the service by Alex and Manilik is awesome. We've been there for couples of furnitures and we've got beautiful things with reasonable prices only because of 2 guys... MANY Thanks Manilik and Alex for your best service and friendly company
