Today I bought a 2 seater sofa, very happy with the service,staff name Jas, very helpful and good manners and the cashier Gurleen very polite. Amazing.
I brought the most worn part of the dismantled sofa to the front door of building ready for the collection driver and I was open that if they were going to refuse the sofa it would be based on this. He insisted on seeing more of the sofa and forced his way into my home (a flat upstairs). Once in my home, he examined the pieces I'd moved to the hallway and then just strode into the room where the rest was stored.
