Shop was very helpful and no rush at picking things for my nephew who was moving into his first place. The only problem the sofa would not tilt to go into the sitting room. Shop very helpful told us to come in tomorrow and pick something that will fit. Thanks for all your help.

They have collected a few items off our family the last few months and were ok but on the last occasion just after Christmas I arranged for them to collect some bedroom furniture they didn’t turn up and no one informed me. I phoned them up the next day the lady put the phone down on me even though I was polite during the conversation so I left an answer phone message to request a call back and I’m still awaiting that call Back in my opinion there ignorant ungrateful disgrace. Edit: THREE TIMES THEIR DRIVERS CALLED ME AND DROVE OFF, WITHOUT KNOCKING ON MY DOOR. Their drivers only care about having an eerly day. They call on a private number so you can't call back. Scum Twice they failed to turn up for a bookes collection. I wasn't even told or contacted. I had a three seater sofa, a large solid wardrobe and a chest of drawers. All in very good condition. They will all go to another charity as this one can't be relied on and don't even answer the phone.

Instore service was amazing, Delivery was a let down, i pre warned them that the furniture was going up 2 flights of stairs which they agreed on purchase and paid for, on delivery it was left outside my property and the delivery men were extremely rude like to say i was putting them out! even though i had paid for the service. They left all furniture outside unattended and just drove off. Bad service !

Very unprofessional and unreliable people. Doesn’t look like public welfare is actually at heart of some of the volunteers working here. At the time of delivery, they were late and broke the furniture due to which had to return it. They also denied to pick up for donation same item bought from British heart due to the reason related to it’s size. Very Rude staff as well.
