My experience, booked online, picked a couple of dates, within a day confirmation back via email from them on accepted date. Day before pick-up text and email. Day of pick up text and email with ETA. Two nice blokes arrived had a quick look at it and loaded it up. Done in less than 5 minutes.

Booked them to come collect furniture and kitchen electrical appliances. Emptying my mums bungalow now she has gone into a care home. They came in said sofa , which had been bought from them, didn’t have a fire resistant label on, explained it had come from them but he said it must have tore off !! Went round kitchen said washer had some rust below powder drawer, couldn’t take that!
