Bought a bed with matress from bhf one year ago was put in empty flat and never used, offered back to them but on collection they refused to take the mattress as it had a mark on it. As this was exactly in the condition sold to us , beware they sell items they consider unsuitable to collect.i will not give to bhf in future and I will certainly not buy from their store, it clearly sells substanard goods
Regularly pop in & have bought a few items that I am pleased with. I think its really Good that they have given people chance to grow their skills & confidence, that were not quite ready to be employed, eg Special Needs, Disabilities or just needing Support in the workplace, Volunteers. Well done BHF, Very Good Cause!! I may have some Furniture for you to collect End of October this month. Wooden Double Bed, Corner Sofa, Washing machine, Small Fridge Freezer.
