🙂 Just visited this lovely store in last couple of weeks & the volunteers here are truly AMAZING & HELPFUL! Especially the lad named Monsoor, he’s a true gentleman & has spoke a few conversations with me regarding IT & Computing, advising me which computer monitors are trustworthy & reliable. Great place to get furniture and electrics. Staff are helpful and there's prices to suit everybodys budget.

I’m not happy with British Heart Foundation in Loughborough High Street. About two weeks ago I went at BHF and I asked a customer assistant whose name is Paul for help and he just shouted at me and said that “Can’t you see that I’m busy?!” And he also said “Just go there and ask someone at the counter.!” When he said that to me I felt upset, confused why he said to me like that. This is the worst place I have ever witnessed in BHF in Loughborough. The manager (Hayley) doesn’t treat their staff/volunteer well. I came in to buy some nice furniture and as I was thinking to buy she raised her voice to her staff/volunteer in front of customers. That was very uncomfortable and embarrassing for me to witness. I hope the staff are fine because no one deserves to be disrespected whether they get paid or unpaid.
