Editing my review - solely on how great the delivery drivers were. Really efficient, helpful, and carried a wardrobe up 3 flights of stairs - really hard workers! Comms from the store regarding delivery timings need to be improved.
Booked a collection for my perfectly good sofas and armchair, but the team refused to take them because they weren't in mint condition. It's frustrating and illogical as this is used furniture, not showroom stock. Given their strict policies, my only option now is to dispose it, meaning these serviceable items will likely go to landfill. Brilliant shop with very friendly staff who are always willing to answer questions, discuss needs etc. Have bought lots of antique and vintage furniture and brick a brac from here, and there is plenty of standard furniture to meet all tastes and styles.
