Waiting nearly a month for over hundred pounds of furniture to be refunded from an order canceled. The store made me come in to sort because they didn't give me the order form required, when I told them I had mobility issues and struggling to the point I'd need to find someone to bring me in, when I finally did, the staff on the counter wouldn't listen and kept interrupting. Now, I'm over 100 pounds down and no idea when they plan to refund me or if they will.
Similar to others, we had a bad experience with collection of furniture. As we were not informed in advance, the bed frame and table were still put together and when the drivers arrived they informed me they could not take them if they were not dismantled and would not wait - which was understandable. They then also attempted to take a brand new double wardrobe, accidentally broke part of it in the process, then noted "it's broken - so we can't take it" and then refused to take it, having broken it themselves.
