Horrible experience. They booked collection after 10 days on a bank holiday. Got a time slot of 7am - 1pm. Kept getting messages “ driver arriving shortly” until 1:03pm but no sign of driver until 1:30pm. Kept calling store with no response. Eventually told can’t be collected as van was full. Waste of your time… look for free donations elsewhere
