Most of the staff are friendly when we need any assistance to shop here. On 17th October we had a bit of confusion on buying some items. We had to return and buy another one and confused about the fit. But the member of staff was so annoyed and rude. She showed her anger even after we apologized for the confusion she did not say a word. Even after saying sorry multiple times she said nothing. Be patience with your customer if you can please.

I was supposed to my bed and mattress collected for donation. After taking a day off work and disassembling the bed days before the pick up date and sleeping on the floor. I was notified at 8:56 that the driver will be picking up the donations between 7AM and 7PM with the tracking email. 5 minutes later, they attempt to ring on the outside door and parking on a double yellow road. They didn't bother to call or go to the back door where I was standing. That's pretty disrespectful for the time of the people donating their stuf... read more
Having a 3 piece suite delivered,told between 12 and 5 for delivery,time is getting on so I ring the shop to voice my concerns that looking at time it's not going to arrive.very rude Scottish lady answers phone and tells me they are running behind,I said could someone not ogf contacted us to explain they might be late,she snapped back saying they can't ring every customer,she basically didn't care a less.happy to take our money though and a £30 delivery charge for couple of miles
