Basically, want to apologise for not turning up this afternoon for the 2 seater cream sofa. Unable to get but did phone 3 times to say this but no answer. Thanks.
It's not often I leave a one star review. I would only advice giving you furniture to British Heart Foundation as a last resort. Not only did they not amend the booking to add the extra items I mentioned, they did not even take the items I asked them to take using silly reasons like the wardrobe with bolts and screws in would just fall apart. Honestly, think they just could not be bothered to pick up the wardrobe so was making excuses for it. They didn't even take the backup wardrobe and refused to take any clothes or books ... read more
What a lovely shop and lovely delivery men. After a horrible experience with another charity shop and being left without a sofa my mum recommended this one to me and the sofa is perfect, the delivery men were extremely polite and I’ll be coming here again.
It's nice to know your charity can Be So choosy I sold my leather sofa Two days after got £200 for it I will be giving it to the RSPCA I'm sure they will be very GRATEFUL
