Arranged pick up of furniture as we are moving house, the two collection people refused to take two bedside cabinets as they were not on their list, no thank you for the other furniture, they had zero personal skills, rang to speak to the person arranged the pick up with and they were just as ignorant and thankless as the two Neanderthals who picked up the donations. Charity? I am never donating to them again.
shop volunteer was very helpful. delivery was the next day, really pleased with my new desk, prices were very reasonable.
Lovely shop, the staff are absolutely fantastic and such a great help! The shop always has good furniture and great deals, purchased a double bed with mattress for less than £250 with delivery.
Looked at an item in the morning and asked a few questions about price, delivery etc. Went back three hours later to purchase it after measuring the room it would go in, and the price had been increased by a substantial amount, which I think is horrendous behavior. I understand charities need to make money, but there was a single bed in there that was quite damaged priced at £85 plus £35 delivery which I then was able to buy an identical one brand new from a reputable store for £55 free delivery. Fantastic shop with a wide variety of furniture and appliances. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had some sofas and a fridge freezer delivered, delivery staff were fantastic 👌 will definitely be back to look for some more items for our new home, its nice knowing our money is going to a good cause 😀 ❣️
