I ordered a new wardrobe from them, and they told me it would take 4 to 6 weeks to make it. It's been two months since I paid, but no one has informed me they're late. Not impressed at all with the collection service. Went into store a week prior and given excellent advice from the man there on the process of collection. Come to a week later, I booked an afternoon slot and told I'll receive a text or phone call 30 mins before. Finally at 17.30 the people show up after having radio silence all day. Then I'm told they can't take it due to the staining, which mind you this is a second hand sofa already, for which the stains were already there when I bought this two years ago. One of the worst charity. Would not recommend! We ordered a collection for a sofa and the men that came to collect were very rude, came in with the dirty shoes full of mud all over the carpet and had an attitude since the beginning to let us know that they do not like it and they will not take it. We were shocked by their attitude and disappointed. Definitely will stay away for the future. That is what it happens when you get to big as a charity and you just do not care anymore is all about profit and not for the foundation.
