They never pick up calls or emails. What a shame, they have wasted the drivers and our time.
Paid for a sofa bed, with an absurd NON REFUNDABLE delivery fee of £53, upon delivery, the DELIVERY MEN REFUSED to deliver the sofa bed even with help from me and my mom, absolutely ruining our day, it was THEIR fault, okay. Sent an email and called BHF to request a refund and they did everything they could in their power not to refund the delivery fee, they just won't budge and we simply got rolled over. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! They do not want to help you, not much charitable for a charity shop!!!
I have bought a few nice things in this store. You can find nice old furniture very sturdy and the guy helping me really seemed to love what he does!
