All staff very helpful and pleasant. We chose a sideboard and paid for it on Thursday 9/4/26 plus £40 delivery charge. However ,they delivered the wrong sideboard and had sold the one we had chosen ,to someone else ! Sooo disappointed. We got rid of our old one so a new search begins. Will be wary of buying a big item again.

Bad review for this branch about the staff and I very sad from their behavior we already bought a sofa set and asked for delay the delivery coz we want a another table and ask the manager to save it for us, they agreed and wrote it in the receipt so two days before the delivery we came to bought the table and we didn’t found it they said someone sell it , they are joking with us or what I didn’t understand never again BHF
We recently had a collection of several items of furniture for the shop in Harpurhey.The men were curtious and respected our property.We hope the items we donated will benefit this good cause.
