DON’T USE IF YOU HAVE DOULE YELLOW LINES OUTSIDE AS THEY WON’T PICK UP. They don’t call you so you can tell them where they can park. Tracking link in email doesn’t work. When I called the shop, the rude lady didn’t know what I was talking about. So basically if you can’t take it there yourself due to a disability, then you’re screwed!

Would not use the delivery system, pick up only yourself. Why will it costs £40 to have a sofa delivered, when they delivered it to my mother they didn’t get a reply so they say, so instead of knocking on the door knocker or letter box they left a card in the flower pot outside all while my old 86 year old mother was feet away from the front door, then they wanted another £40 to redeliver. So we went back and got our money back less the £40. not playing that game.

I visited on last working day before Christmas. Liked computer table chair and on that day I didnt take my car along. I told store staff that I didn’t bring my car, can I book now and collect it on Wednesday ie next working day after Christmas. Store staff said if you buy now then you need it take it now. They even gave me a solution to take it through public transport for which I said I will come again and if it still available then straight away I will collect it. Waited in all day for a delivery that didn’t come. I called twice throughout the day and they assured us it would be delivered. Not even a courtesy call to let us know it wasn’t coming. No mention of when it might be delivered either.
