Excellent place to Volunteer! Very kind and humble people.
I went in here on Saturday and there was a young and young girl. Both incredibly rude. I gave lots of items and you would think I b was giving them Covid by their attitude in fact the older women said “ oh it’s you again” when I came in a second time to drop off lots of kitchen items. So unfriendly and rude. I would recommend some training asap!!!
I visited today, Tuesday June 3rd. A nice little shop and there was two people on the till, a young girl and boy who were both very pleasant and really helpful.

I would like to address that I witnessed a member of staff from the Eltham branch that came outside the store and was very abrupt and verbally abusive to a elderly pensioner member of the public that had just left the store There was not reason for this behaviour the poor person was in shock and upset This is unacceptable and not be tolerated for a member of your organisation to behave in this manner to a member of the public and this needs to be addressed ASAP Thank you
