A great little charity shop with lots of good finds. The staff are always so kind and helpful, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into keeping the shop looking nice. It’s always a pleasure to pop in and support such a great cause.
The staff that was yesterday at 28 of February doesn't have any idea of what is customer service, and she was rude, unprofessional, non polite and answered that the charity isn't for me -customer - when I complained that they had two dresses, same colour, brand, size, and one was the half price and the other full price and she was useless, and very rude. Also yesterday I realised that you sell some second hand products more expensive than first hand products in tkmax, very strange and again how honest is that?!
I cannot agree more with these reviews. Whoever works at the clothing store needs to be trained, no customer skills at all. Followed me from the shop into another business as thought I had stolen clothes which had been purchased from another charity all because I didn't have a carrier bag with me. As a ASM for a different charity myself I know she had no right at all to follow me. I support BHF charity since I lost my husband to a heart attack. Never had a problem with donation before. Friendly staff used to come out and help with the furniture. Couple of days ago I recommended to my friend to drop the furniture there ,which was too good to go to the rubbish tip. I couldn't go to the shop myself as I am in a wheelchair ,so my friend went inside and came back really upset.
