Excellent service and pleasant staff but I wish that letters would state which bus stop to use. As newcomers it is difficult to know. The entrance door opens outwards for entry and inwards for exit which is very difficult for wheelchair users.

Staff are always helpful and friendly. And most importantly - professional. Very accessible from the Galleries car park with my elderly mother who uses a wheelchair. But why does an NHS facility have an entrance where you have to pull the door to get in - awkward backward manoeuvring with wheelchair - then pull the door to get out - virtually impossible without some sort of contortionist activity!! Feedback forms don’t produce any results either.

Appointment with Mum today. Arrived early just after 12 to be met by rude nurse basically waving her hands and telling us to get out as closed at lunchtime 12-12.30. Ok so where do we go? Again waved her hand out there! OK is there anywhere to sit? Yes, so we left, no there is nowhere to sit just one double-sided bench halfway down concourse. Luckily a place to sit.
