Like the other 1 star reviews, I DO NOT recommend this company! The salesman LIED to us saying we would be paying for the panels only since our power bill would be nothing. I even stressed that if it would cost us one dime more per month I would not do it. Now we know the truth! These ugly panels in our yard are providing less than 19% of our power! They have gone silent now that I'm wanting to talk to someone about making this right. I would default on the loan if it would hurt Brio, but it's just the loan company and my cr... read more

Fort Collins Office- So far so good! I purchased solar from Brio after comparing a few other companies. Their warranty was by-far the best one I found, and the Sales Rep was knowledgeable and helpful. We are waiting on installation and I have high-hopes that it will happen soon after the permits come through from Fo Co Utilities. Every time I have questions, they get answered in a timely fashion and I have been treated with respect by all employees. Will update review upon installation.

This company ILLEGALLY represents themselves as being with Duke Energy in the Carolinas. I spoke to Duke Energy and this company IS NOT part of them and it is illegal for them to represent themselves this way. They ask for a power bill to see if they can save you money on solar panels. They will set up an appointment and NEVER SHOW UP. The DO NOT answer their phone on any of their lines, whether customer service, setting up appointments, permitting or project management. One of the worst customer experiences of my life. This company does not care about its customers. They have not delivered on what I was purchasing. Thank you Brio for installing solar panels on my house that I cannot currently use. I really wanted to pay for solar panels and my power bill at the same time. I called Brio customer service on 6/18/19 and here it is 7/8/19 and they still have to step up and communicate or resolve any of short comings I mentioned on 6/18/19. Very shady and very pushy sales people. The sales rep called just before Christmas and I had requested he call back during the first week of January to which he finally reluctantly agreed. This morning, he physically stopped by our house and told my wife I had set up an appointment with him and he was here for the meeting. I was not planning on having solar at my house, until I had one of Brio's sales show up on my door. I was really impressed with his presentation, the company, and the benefits of having solar. I have had a great experience with everyone I have met with, talked over the phone with, and have had any encounter with. I would recommend them to anyone interested and not even interested in getting solar at their house. **** *******
Great product so far. We haven't had any problems with it. Loving the low energy bills!
