turned out to be a great choice. Always skeptical about the whole solar thing. They were even faster on install time and getting everything together. Would recommend.

Purchased system early in year. Installed late spring. Was told by salesman of projected savings. Both my wife and I listened to the presentation and what to expect. Unfortunately the savings was not what we were told and I called to complain. Was assigned a manager who over a lengthy period of time of being told someone would come out to check the system and having no one come, I finally lost all trust and confidence that my concerns would be resolved. Cannot recommend.
Beware! Our criteria for deciding to go with solar energy was that the monthly cost would be offset by the savings in our power bill. There initial quote was great! It saved us over $50 per month. Who wouldn't go with that? Before signing the emailed docu-sign document, I went through the calculations and determined that they had miscalculated our yearly energy by 15%! Brio helped save me from a situation I didn't know I was getting into. I had two other bids from solar companies in Denver before I was approached by the Brio's sales team. Not only was Brio's proposal better than the others I have seen but they also helped me understand I would not qualify for the rebates and showed me how and the other companies said I did! If I didn't talk to them I would have been in a situation I couldn't afford. WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND John in the Denver Office

This company is incompetent. We started the process through them and as soon as the sales person walked out the door we have had nothing but problems. Their docu sign set up was a disaster. We signed the same info 5 + times and they could never find it. They had a contractor come out to engineer the panels and get the setup process ready, then we get a notice from the engineer to pay the bill for their services because we cancelled.
