Terribly disappointed

Brio energy sold us 17 solar panels and installation. Solar Installations installed the panels and they look nice. Unfortunately when it began raining 5 days later the roof under the installation leaked. We have lived here in Nibley for 3 years without a leak. After we called them a roofer from their office (solar installations) came out and took pictures and their office deemed it to not be their fault and asked if we needed a contractor to come and repair the roof. Wow

Back in February of 2015 I had a door to door sales man come and he made a lot of promises that he didn't keep. It was late at night when we told him we'd like to sign the paper work, he came and we started to ask questions and he almost got irritated with us. The promises he made were the reasons we signed up. One promise was that they would pay the first year of payments, this has never happened. Bought solar from Brio and it was a quick process and I felt included the whole way through. Bought in the middle of January and already have been installed just 4 weeks later. Brio went above and beyond to help me understand what was going on and for me to have a great experience.

I had a salesman come to my door. They had stopped by before but didn't reallly give them the time of day. The second time, I decided to hear them out and made an appointment. After hearing how the program worked it was an absolute no brained for me. The process for permits took a little longer then we had hoped , but within 3 months panels were up. A Brio energy salesman knocked on my door, ignoring my no soliciting sign. I made the mistake of letting him talk to me. I decided to at least listen to the presentation as I do care about solar energy. However, when it came time to set up an appointment, I told him a specific day I could be home as I had other appointments that day. My appointment was not set up for that day and I ended up cancelling because I was dealing with more important issues in my life. Purchased solar panels from Brio Energy in September. Installation was suppose to 90 days it is now over 150 days. Brio subcontracts out to company called Solar ready solutions. I have made several attempts to work with the project manager from Solar Ready and get the run around and now he doesn't even take my calls. Called the Brio number today to get them to do something and am told that they will contact Solar ready tomorrow as they are close this Monday after Christmas. Door-to-door salesman knocked on my door on Sept 14 or 15. Told me about solar energy panels for roof. His job was to set an appointment for follow-on salesman. I agreed to appointment. He called his office so office person could hear me agree to appointment. Appointment was set for Monday Sept 19 at 2 PM. Brio called me on the evening of Sept 16 to remind me of appointment. I went out of my way to be home at time of appointment. No one from Brio showed up. I emailed them but got no response.

We love Brio Energy! They came and showed us what solar panels and their company could do for us. They were kind, not pushy, and very helpful. We were able to get our installation done in record time. We also were very pleased with how fast they were at completing the installation. We got exactly what they said we would get for the price we agreed on. Our salesman was great to work with and checked in on us throughout the process.

Nothing but great service with Brio. We were talked through the whole process and time frames, which actually moved faster than expected. We were called about every 2 weeks for updates. When instillation time came, the guys were respectful and let us know step by step what they were doing. My wife and I are very satisfied with how everything turned out and are excited to actually share our experience with others.
