Brio Energy and I worked together very well and the system produced more energy in its first year of operation then he said it was capable of producing.
The system has met, or exceeded, all of our expectations and we would recommend Brio Energy to anyone who is thinking about going green and getting solar!
Not only are we happy with the solar array from Brio Energy but we intend to expand the system with this company in the near future, we have had an extremely positive experience with the entire staff. They had the expertise we were looking for, and each of them were conscientious, friendly, considerate and hard working. We would have no reservations recommending them to anyone who wants to install a solar system.
I've had solar panels installed twice by Brio Energy. In a hardware sense, the only problems have been associated with the inverter(s). Everyone has been professional, polite and friendly throughout. I recommend this company. The only reason for a rating of 4 is because I'm still waiting for a service call on the second inverter. It seems they are so busy installing (which is a GOOD thing!) that they're having trouble scheduling my service.
Brio Energy has solved our high energy bills. Our electric bills keep increasing and now after our solar panels have been installed our first bill has shown a nearly 50% decrease. Everyone at Brio Energy has been so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Keeping in touch with us and letting us know what to expect with every step was so helpful and we found it to be very comforting.
Wonderful crew and helpful. Even amongst Coronavirus pandemic they came out and on a Saturday, working quickly and efficiently!
Brio Solar handled all the logistics of installation, including contacts with roofing company, HOA and city permits. I am so happy with the results!
Brio Solar has been very professional and has provided us with needed information about the solar process. They met all the deadlines they set for installation and the installation crew was delightful as well as knowledgeable and efficient.
I really like the people I worked with from the sales rep to install technician. They took care of everything, including all of the paper work and inspections that were necessary. Great financing. It also looks wonderful.
