Very professional - very good at explanations - responds to questions immediately.
The Brio Energy solar contractors were very good at communicating how the system works and cleaning up after themselves! We are very please w/our energy savings and would recommend this company to everyone.
Very good people to work with. I`ve had no unpleasant surprises of any kind. I would recommend Brio Energy to others.
Predatory sales techniques. The "consultant" gave us a bid then texted my wife at 545 in the morning to followup. When we said politely we werent interested, he came back with relentless text messages that were derogatory and condescending to my wife and implied we were stupid for making this decision. Ended by saying "good luck paying more for your energy." INCREDIBLY unprofessional and scam-like.
I was impressed with the attention to detail and the effort to make precise, yet conservative, calculations regarding system performance.
Very easy to work with and demonstrated competence and enthusiasm. The small problems encountered were quickly and satisfactorily resolved. I recommend them.
Brio Energy and our Sales Rep were immediately responsive to my needs during and after the design and installation of the system. Their response and follow-up to unanticipated problems after installation was exemplary. This is a reputable and reliable company with which to do business. Their knowledge and expertise is top notch.
Sales pitch was somewhat predatory, as I do not believe they adequately covered the true ‘cost’ of the system until I started asking a number of pointed questions relating to the loan, term, interest rate, etc.
This company sent a crew to work on our roof in very cold temperatures to help us complete the job. We could not have been more satisfied. Every person was knowledgeable and helpful, and communication was great at every step of the process.
