Brilliant Earth products and staff are fabulous. We purchased a diamond engagement ring and a gold wedding ring to match. We could not be happier with the quality of the products and the level of customer service. Spent $10,000 and they lie constantly about shipping times. Gross negligence. They don't have any idea where the tracking number is and they keep delaying the ship date for unknown reasons, s******* with our vacation plans when they represented they could easily overnight it. Customer service knows nothing and refuses to escalate the issue to a manager.

Everyone at Brilliant Earth has been very helpful and informative with me picking out my fiancee's engagement ring. She absolutely loves it and gets compliments frequently. All communication has been efficient and very professional.

Been very happy with my purchases from brilliant earth. Quick and seemless with great quality and customer service. Even had to send back engagement ring on a warranty issue but that was taken care of promptly and had the ring back quickly with zero issues. I highly recommend brilliant earth!

My fianc purchased a beautiful ring from Brilliant Earth. However, just 6 weeks after we got engaged, my center stone came loose. I brought it in for a repair and was told I would have the right repaired and back to me within 2-3 weeks. Brilliant Earth did not reach out to me for 2 weeks and let me know that they hadnt even started the repair. They said the repair would take another 2-3 weeks, meaning my ring would be gone for a total of 6 weeks. I let the repair person know that I had an event so I would need the ring back ... read more
