I couldn't be happier with the experience I've had with Brilliant Earth buying both an engagement ring and then a wedding band for my fiance. She loved it! All of the staff at Brilliant Earth were incredibly helpful (Sharon and Jaclyn particularly), and they even provided me with a free appraisal estimate for insurance purposes. The ring itself came in a very nice, ethical and eco-friendly wooden ring box. I would recommend Brilliant Earth to anybody who has actual taste and is looking for an unique and beautiful ring that you just can't get from a high-pressure, sterile diamond factory.

Excellent overall experience! My girlfriend (now Fiancee) wanted the traditional diamond experience, but did not want to be burdened by the ethical or environmental issues associated with traditional engagement rings. I have been searching everywhere for a wedding band to go with my engagement ring. I wanted something very specific, and I was having trouble finding anything like what I envisioned. They did an amazing job on my ring. It was a custom piece and all I had was a picture to go off of. They didn't leave any detail out of it and made it look exactly like the ring I wanted. They were very supportive and responsive and their cost is very affordable. Everything was really fair and reasonable. Overall a great experience working with them and words can't express how satisfied I am using them.

Worked with them to make a custom ring based on a certain, big chain Jeweler that has a famous shade of blue ;) Aside from the price being about 40% less, I ended up getting a few more carrots than the original ring from the name brand store. More importantly the diamonds are ethically sourced. I did tons of research before settling on Brilliant Earth. In reality, they were the only option for real diamonds, from a company and countries with safe and responsible practices.
