I had a WONDERFUL experience with Brilliant Earth. Our rep was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as I went through several rounds of vists until my girlfriend and I settled on the perfect ring. I was incredibly impressed by his professionalism and the Brilliant Earth experience in general -- I would recommend Brilliant Earth in a second to anyone looking to buy an engagement/wedding ring.

I bought the engagement ring here, and my fiancée and I went back to get out wedding bands. That brings the total to three visits to the showroom plus a number of phone calls. Each time the service was prompt and each sales person was courteous. They didn't push you one way or another and had some good suggestions. I don't like shopping, Period. Could not love this company more. Not only do I feel comforted by their mission statement, but on all three purchases I've been involved with, I've been so impressed with their customer service. A incredible business with incredible jewelry. We recently purchased two items from Brilliant, one antique ring and a new Halo setting for my wifes engagement diamond. We decided to have a little custom work done on the Halo setting and couldn't be happier.
