I got my engagement ring and matching wedding band from brilliant earth. They are beautiful pieces and very high quality. I've had the engagement ring for 9months now and it looks as good as new, no loose stones or anything. I just got my wedding band and they go very well together. Excellent – I knew which engagement ring I wanted to purchase for my girlfriend long before I planned on purchasing them and proposing. During one of my live chat sessions with a specialist (awesome feature), she mentioned that the rings were going to be going up in price in a few days. Brilliant Earth – What a great place. I've never bought an egagement ring before and I lucked out by having a great help me. She was very patient and I believe, went above and beyond for me. Excellent Customer Service – My fiance and I purchased our wedding bands from Brilliant Earth. We set up an appointment to view some in person in San Francisco, and Danielle was very prompt and responsive in setting up our appointment for a Saturday afternoon. Be advised that if you go on a weekend, you'll have to use the call box and wait for someone to come downstairs and open the door.
