We had a great experience here. We drove up from LA because we were determined to get a conflict-free engagement ring and heard about the company's ethical stance. The sales woman, Claire, was helpful and right on target with the stones she showed us. They kept us informed on the progress of setting and shipping the ring. And when it arrived we were ecstatic. It's just lovely.

I am so pleased with the wedding band I bought! It is so beautiful, my only regret is that I did not purchase my engagement ring from them because my band has metal that is ethically sourced (which makes me feel good) AND is was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than anything I could buy locally (even at Costco). It is such a bummer because I have a sapphire engagement ring, and I probably could have even flown to San Francisco and bought a ring of equal beauty and size for less than my ring cost here. I bought an engagement ring and matching wedding band from Brilliant Earth. I bought them both online since I live in New York. I was able to work with the same person during the entire process and they were always very helpful and prompt in their communication. I probably drove them a little crazy with all the different questions I had but they certainly didn't show it. I must have received 100 different pictures of rings at various angles over the course of a month before I settled on the ring I wanted to buy.

I had such a great experience working with Brilliant Earth. Very helpful and quick customer service! I am really happy with the final product. The ring and diamond look absolutely amazing. The ethical origin of the diamond and the reinvestment in the environment is a great added bonus.

Easy, fun and guilt-free experience with Brilliant Earth. Myself and my fiance couldn't be more pleased with our elegant new engagement ring! Though hesitant to tackle online shopping at first, I decided to risk ordering the ring over the phone from out of state - glad I did. Not only is the ring perfect, but customer support from the Brilliant Earth staff (thanks Emily!) is excellent and proactive both by email and over the phone. Quick and straight forward getting the ring re-sized a week later. Highly recommended.

Justine at Brilliant Earth made it very easy to create the perfect ring for my fiance! I do not know much about jewelry but I found this to be a relatively painless process. All I had was a picture of a ring which my girlfriend loved, but had weird-cheesy heart designs on the sides. Totally not her style. I am extremely satisfied with the personal service I received with my recent order from Brilliant Earth. After having issues on the webpage while checking out, I sent an email to customer service. I received a reply very promptly and completed my order. After Emily saw that my order had been placed, she followed up with me to let me know it was being processed.
