I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band from BE because my fiance liked their ethical mission (ethically mined diamonds & recycled metals.) The ring turned out exactly right and she loved it! I ordered my wedding band from Brilliant Earth and was a little nervous about having something so valuable coming to me in the mail... which resulted in me calling them no less than 3 times to confirm it was safe in transit. Each time Sharon and her staff were understanding and patient -- even downright cheerful -- in dealing with my neurosis. The ring itself is GORGEOUS, and knowing it's ethically sourced means I can wear it with pride. I could not recommend this company any more highly!

I recently ordered an engagement ring from Brilliant Earth and I am extremely satisfied with the product. It arrived earlier than it was supposed to and was exactly how I ordered it. Brilliant Earth is an easy to go to Jewelry store. I recently bought my girlfriend an engagement diamond/ring with the help of Nicolette. She answered all questions attentively, quickly, and educated me throughout the decision. Brilliant Earth defined customer service. They helped me design the perfect custom engagement ring and kept me informed every step of the way, sending CAD images and pictures of the completed ring, each time asking if everything was just right and responding to every question and comment to my full satisfaction. And most importantly, the finished product was absolutely stunning. I'm certainly looking forward to returning to Brilliant Earth for our wedding bands.

I ordered my wedding ring from Brilliant Earth. I dealt with the company all online and by phone (when I called with a question). They were great - I liked the selection of available rings, with a range of prices and styles. The one I bought is lovely, it looks exactly how I expected it would based on the photos and information online, the fit is perfect, and it arrived 8 days earlier than the 'expected' delivery date. Very pleased with the product, and glad to know this purchase went toward ethically produced jewelry.

My boyfriend and I were searching for rings from local to online jewelers and discovered brilliant earth. Their website was incredibly easy to navigate through and build my own ring and beautiful! We went with the petite setting with small diamonds and a cushion setting. Just got it in the mail yesterday and it is absolutely amazing!
